Foundations of Surrender

In the last course we finalize the process of Building a Home for Spirit by introducing the concept of “Surrendering the Outcome”, isvarapranidhana, and build a connection to Source and Unknown, however you call it or don’t call it. This practice gives space for magic, imagination, creativity, eros to develop in our relationship to ourselves and others.  I believe this is the practice that truly makes life beautiful and frees our heart.

Surrendering to God, or Unknown, is a way in which the Yoga practice philosophy brings in devotion to a relational experience and teaches us to participate with the Life Force, Prana, and with Life itself through awareness of our body and breath, rather than extract something from it.
