Learn Vedic Thai Assisted Yoga
The Dance of Give and Receive

The Second Saturday Class is a Donation based class raising money for our Free to the Public Wellness Series that will start this Fall! The donations will go to pay for great healers to share with us wisdom and technique to live well and create a personal relationship with ourselves that builds internal foundations for a life that is lived with presence, resilience, and joy!

This Month's Second Saturday Class will be
Vedic Thai Assisted Yoga
with Danielle
~~~"Be casual my friends", say my teacher, Mukti.
The art to giving and receiving is breath and presence.
Just like Yoga!
Learn to breathe first then move. Vedic Thai Assisted Yoga is a moving meditation for both the practitioner and the receiver.
We will learn simple techniques and mini flows to bring a real sense of what it means to allow yourself to receive; filling up on vitality, presence, and ease with the body and mind. And on the flip side, how to give from your center and your grounded-ness with the breath and presence instead without losing yourself or doing too much.
"Sink, don't fall" ...another of Mutt's quotes of wisdom.
No partners needed, but the more the merrier, bring friends!
Italy 2026
October 4-10
(2-11 with travel)
This trip Registration is closed! We have great group going and looking forward to sharing our adventures when we return!
Take it with you to meditation and see if perhaps the stars calling and aligning for you to attend next year!
Plan your dream retreat! This trip is to guide students to find the beauty, joy, and purpose in cultivating a daily sadhana, meaning ritual or discipline, or as I like to say “spiritual chores”. These practices are simple, direct and nourishing so that we develop an internal foundation and resource for which to enter our days with presence and curiosity for the earthy, material, depths of living relationally with the land and with community!
