This a free call to get to know each other before you start. This helps me know how to best support you on your journey and helps you know if what we offer is what you are looking to incorporate into your life. Use the Zoom link that is sent to you on booking. If you would like to meet in person, put it in the comments.

Cancellation Policy

Please make every effort to cancel or reschedule any Appointment or Class 24 hours prior to your scheduled service, for consideration of my and your time and efforts to plan and prepare for this session. Your payment will be returned to your account or package as credit. Should cancelations within the 24 hour recommended window become a recurring theme, then the studio has the right to determine if you will be charged for our time and preparation. Thank you!
