Over the course of our journey of devotion to the Yoga practice the body will map the direction of support that is needed; whether that support is from within or from the resources in the community.

These are Danielle's favorite supporter's from her journey of transformation over the last 20 years; with major career changes from Corporate Chemist to Yoga Teacher, family loss of both parents with brain disease and dementia, raising 3 children, sexual/relational childhood trauma, divorce, and breakdown of core family network, COVID isolation, and re-entry in to the dating world at 50yrs old.
I did not travel this alone, as much as I pride myself in being independent. I could not be independent without so much support from my family, friends, and community. But I did do the self study as only I could do for myself. So, on this page I wanted to share the people and businesses that I went to and continue to rely on for support in keeping my body, mind, and spirit in balance and in health.

Additionally, I have created a list of some of my favorite books that have shaped my understanding of Self and how I am a part of the World.
