About the event
Celebrating the Start of Summer the point of highest light in the Northern hemisphere. It is a celebratory time to open our hearts and connect to the light within our hearts through a meditative series of linking breath and body. Strip away any clouded versions of yourself in your mind and join the breath in a rythmic flow of opening and closing the body as the mind begins to let go and trust in your source.Â
