About the event
This is a gentle receiving practice to end the week. Guided breathwork and meditation will bring you into your body to let the mind and senses rest, rebalance the nervous system and come to the present moment. Sound bath using sing bowls will wash away, help digest and lighten the load as we move forward.
Special Events Have 3 Price Ranges:
- Regular Full Price (value to pay teachers & studio space)
- Need a Break Price (helps to make healing practice a little more accessible)
- Community Fund Price (regular price plus added donation to The Community Fund that allows the studio to offer free or lower price points and still able to pay teachers and studio)
