About the event
Come with us for a relaxing exploration of the Tuscan/Umbria region of Italy as we spend our days in the midst of a working vineyard and farm, waking to quiet mediation and daily yoga, fed from local countryside, exploring the neighboring communities, celebrating and reflecting on our blessings of connection with our selves, the land, and the communities that provide for us.
This trip is to guide students to find the beauty, joy, and purpose in cultivating a daily sadhana, meaning ritual or discipline, or as I like to say “spiritual chores”, that are simple, direct and nourishing so that we develop an internal foundation and resource for which to enter our days with presence and curiosity for the earthy, material, depths of living relationally with the land and with community!
