In our 16 week On-line Self Study Program students will learn how to create their own personal practice by moving through 5 shifts that teach how to rebuild and maintain a foundation of safety within yourself and your body so that you are able to trust yourself to express with courage and kindness as you navigate the continual change and transitions of life with patience and balance.

What Will You Receive in this 16 week on-line training...

"The mind can learn to trust and let go if the body knows how and where to connect to the support of foundations."
You will learn:


  • 3 foundational principals that help you to start a personal yoga practice and integrate it into your life. 

  • To connect to your body and why it's important and create a daily minimal practice

  • How the body speaks to you in energetic voice through your practice and in the energy around you

  • To reflect of what is catching your attention and guiding you through journaling or sharing 

  • To rebalance your body and your choices to influence the balance and contentment of your mind and spirit using the 8 Limb Yoga Techniques and Philosophy by applying the principals on and off the mat.

  • To Trust that you are not alone in creating your life by observing the outcome and practicing gratitude . 

6-Modules that include video and written lessons in; Creating Space, Being in Your Body, Listening, Rebalancing, Letting Go to Trust.  A step by step strategy using various techniques from the 8 Limb Path of Yoga, Chakra Energy Balance and Reading the Energy Symbol Roadmap, that teaches you to connect, listen, and take action to create your intentions. Also included are: 

  1. Unlimited weekly group classes, in person or on-line depending on where you are in the world. 

  2. Weekly "Yoga Lab" Group Call to ask  questions regarding the content or your own self discovery or to connect with your coach or other students for a mindset reset.

  3. 1- Getting started kick off session

  4. 6-private sessions with your coach

  5. Taking with you the knowledge of how to read your body and energy and apply the 8 limb Yoga techniques to rebalance and rebuild your home for spirit!
